Matt Eyler serves as the chief marketing strategist for Upland Property Advisors, specializing in market analysis and positioning, effective communication of investment drivers, and the identification of value-add opportunities. With 21 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, Matt’s strategic positioning of assets in the marketplace is a critical factor in executing business for our clients at the best possible terms. He has been directly involved in the sale of over 300 New York City properties with a total value in excess of $30 billion, including institutional office, multifamily, development, hotel, retail, and mixed-use assets.

Prior to joining Upland, Matt was an Executive Vice President at JLL for seven years, with a focus on marketing strategy and execution. Prior to JLL, Matt worked with the Investment Properties group at CBRE, where his primary role was the conceptualization and drafting of team offering materials. He was also a member of the Financial Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield from 1997-2002, where, as an associate broker and junior partner on the Stacom/Shanahan team, he was involved in all aspects of the disposition process.

Matt graduated from Brown University, Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in 1993. He is an active member of the Rotary Club, the treasurer of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), and a member of the Business Advisory Council at SUNY New Paltz. Matt is a licensed associate real estate broker in the state of New York.
