Yoav Oelsner is a founding principal of Upland Property Advisors. Yoav has 18 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in the disposition of office, residential, development and retail properties throughout the New York metro area, managing all aspects of the disposition process with a particular strength in new business development. Yoav has been directly involved in the sale of more than $15 billion of investment properties and has completed some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in New York City history, including the sale of the Plaza Hotel for $675 million.
Glenn Tolchin is a founding principal of Upland Property Advisors. With 17 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, Glenn leads the investment sales advisory process, overseeing property marketing, negotiation, and new business development. He has been directly involved in the sale of over 150 New York properties, valued in excess of $12 billion. Completed transactions have included office, multifamily, development, hotel, retail, and mixed-use assets.
Matt Eyler serves as the chief marketing strategist, specializing in market analysis and positioning, effective communication of investment drivers, and the identification of value-add opportunities. With 21 years of New York City commercial real estate experience, Matt’s strategic positioning of assets in the marketplace is a critical factor in executing business for our clients at the best possible terms. He has been directly involved in the sale of over 300 New York City properties with a total value in excess of $30 billion, including institutional office, multifamily, development, hotel, retail, and mixed-use assets.
Billy Strassman is an Associate Director with Upland Property Advisors where he assists the firm’s managing partners in business development, underwriting and execution for real estate capital markets transactions in New York City.
Previously, Billy was a Senior Associate at TerraCRG where he focused on commercial leasing throughout the Brooklyn borough. As a tenant representative, Billy led the leasing effort for Stush NYC in securing 8,500 SF of restaurant space in prime Williamsburg and for QBK Sports in leasing 19,000 SF for NYC’s first indoor volleyball facility in Long Island City.
